Las Dalias opened its doors as a roadside bar in 1994. Today, it embodies the creativity of the other Ibiza, the “shopping” unrelated to big brands, an ode to traditional gastronomy, and a strong musical commitment.
In 2019, the 65th anniversary was celebrated, which led to various actions, such as the renovation of the legendary roadside bar, turning it into Las Dalias Café, or the artistic project led by international urban artists “Boa Mistura” who filled the venue’s facades with Life and Love through their internationally known paintings.
In 2020, the market turned 35 years old, and in 2021 a significant improvement and remodeling of the Party Room took place, becoming AKASHA – Las Dalias Club.
The Las Dalias Hippy Market was born in 1985 with five stalls; in 2023, it celebrates its 38th anniversary, more hippy than ever. Currently, over 250 stalls display their charming dresses, handmade accessories, and unique items from the five continents.
Open year-round, it is visited by thousands of tourists from all over the world who identify with the natural and relaxed Ibiza.
The bustling atmosphere on Saturdays turns intimate during the nighttime version, the Night Market. Originated in 2006, it takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays from June to September.
Also worth visiting are the special Easter markets (April 14-17) and Christmas markets (Saturdays and Sundays from December 2-31, 2023).

Las Dalias is located in the north of the island of Ibiza/Eivissa, at kilometer 12 of the Eivissa-Santa Eulària-Sant Carles road, 5 kilometers from Santa Eulària, and just before reaching the small village of Sant Carles de Peralta.
