One of the actions foreseen in the Promotion Action Plan for 2025 is the deployment of a new software to manage tourism at holiday destinations with a view to improving communications with B2C and B2B customers and relying on the latest technology that proves to be effective and efficient in promoting Ibiza’s tourism. Last April, FECOEV M.P. S.A.U. put out a request for offers for this service. The offers had to be submitted by 9 May and are now being appraised.
Once awarded, this procurement must be completed within 36 months. The holiday destination management system will involve new software to manage contents and a new website, plus extra tools, like CRM and a new platform to manage assets and au-diovisual resources aimed at promoting tourism. Furthermore, it will encompass all the tasks related to prior consultancy, copy writing, translations, launch and Internet domain services.
Most remarkable goals
This key action is aimed at professionalising the planning and management of the des-tination’s tourism resources, improving online promotion and digital marketing by facilitating a more optimum access to the destination’s holiday products and experi-ences and boosting the collection and analysis of relevant data. To do so, a 360 plat-form will be deployed to enable Ibiza’s digital promotion and tourism management and improve the digital presence of the brand and build better relations with visitors and the private and institutional sector by transforming, modernising, digitalising and automating processes.
