Can Maymó winery has three close by vineyards, in Santa Agnès, Sant Mateu, and Santa Gertrudis. A total of 17,000 vines divided in old monastrell ( 30%), malvasia (10%) vines, and other foreign varieties (tempranillo, merlot, and syrah). Its wines are made by fermentation using stainless steel containers under controlled temperature. Some wines have the classical thyme taste, traditional on the island.
