This is impressive church is found on the summit of Puig de Missa. At the foot of it you’ll find the town of Santa Eulària des Riu. It goes back to the 16th century.
Its structure is made up of a single barrel domical vault with four chapels at each side from which those closest to the main altar stand out because they are crowned by both vaults. Its semi-circular tower was equipped with weapons until the middle of the 19th century. To enter the church through the main door, you go through a spacious and wide porch where the parishioners would be welcomed on special occasions.
All the monuments in Puig de Missa are Heritages of Cultural Interest.
Apart from the church at Puig de MIssa, the Can Ros house is noteworthy as it houses the Museo Etnográfico de Ibiza (Ethographic Museum of Ibiza).
There are spectacular views of the port and neighbouring areas.
The parish festival is held on February 12th, the feast of Saint Eulalia. It is also celebrated on the first Sunday of May.
