Direct flights from the white island to various Spanish and European cities continue all year round.

Direct flights from the white island to various Spanish and European cities continue all year round.

Ibiza is a multicultural city with a high influx of people from all over the world who come to the island to discover its magic, its culture, its cuisine and its scenery. And indeed, more and more visitors are travelling to Ibiza during the low season and this growing demand has led to an increase in direct connections to the island, both from Europe and from the Spanish mainland in months such as January, February, March and April.

There are currently a total of six airports offering weekly direct flights to Ibiza: London, Eindhoven, Geneva, Milan, Paris and Amsterdam. In addition to these cities, there are other places in Europe which, from April onwards, also offer direct flights to Ibiza, such as Düsseldorf, Rome, Manchester, Bologna, Turin, Bristol, Dublin, Brussels, Marseille, Venice and Zurich.

This increase in the number of flights is an improvement that benefits both residents who want to visit these cities for a weekend or a few days, and tourists who want to discover the island without crowds, taking advantage of the mild temperatures that prevail in Ibiza throughout the year.

Likewise, all of Ibiza’s history, culture and tradition are now within the reach of national tourists. The Spanish cities with direct connections to the island are Valencia, Barcelona, Alicante, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Malaga, Bilbao and Seville.

The direct flights to these cities once again offer tourists from the mainland the chance to enjoy the sun and sand in the low season while also enabling island residents to travel to other parts of Spain at discount prices.

Travelling is a gift, an opportunity to get to know other cultures and also for tourists to discover the history and customs that make Ibiza a unique island that is a marvellous place to visit at any time of the year.
