Extra virgin olive oil manufacturing farm producing oils from arbequina and empeltre (or payesa) olives, and only from the juice that comes from those picked from the olive trees, not the ground.
The olives are grinded in 2 or 3 hours after the harvest, thanks to the short distance from the field to the oil mil. This way, potential alterations on the oil quality are avoided. It is put into glass bottles (250 ml or 500 ml), cans (500 ml), and plastic bottles (2 l. or 5 l.).
