Production of extra virgin olive oil from arbequina, picual, and empeltre olives. Its flavor is intense, fruity, bitter, and with medium piquancy.
Oliada is the own trademark name of Ibiza’s Agrupación de Defensa Vegetal y Sanitaria del Olivar (“Olive Grove Vegetation and Health Defense Association”) and it is a mixture of different kinds of oil from the manufacturing partners. They follow a quality control in accordance with the Integrated Production regulations on the Balearic Islands. The oil comes in glass bottles of 250 ml, 500 ml, and 750 ml, as well as in 2-l plastic bottles.
