Sa Cova vineyard, located in Sant Mateu, has an extension of nine hectares divided in: 1.5 for tempranillo grapes, 3 for monastrell, 3.5 for syrah, 1 for malvasia, and half for moscatel. The winery uses 50% American oak barrels, 50% French oak barrels to make the wine, and ages it for 12 months.
