Every Saturday morning, the most popular second-hand flea market in Ibiza is held at the Sant Jordi Hippodrome.
You can find all types of items here, mostly used, from clothes to accessories or costume jewellery ranging from antiques, handicrafts, books, furniture, records or decorative items, to mention just a few.
Although there are a lot of fixed vendors, Sant Jordi hosts temporary stalls every week for those who want to get rid of objects that they no longer use – and you can secure a spot for very little money– so the variety and diversity of this market is above anything else, interesting.
At midday, percussionists get together with their bongos and drums in the stands of the hippodrome, giving rise to spontaneous musical performances that recall the hippy essence of the island. There is a bar in the indoor area that serves drinks and aperitifs.
