Platja d’en Bossa is the longest sandbank on the island, and it belongs to the town of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia and Ibiza. During winter season, taking a walk along its white sand shores becomes paradisiacal, and during the summer, it is one of the most popular beaches, since all its coast is covered by a large number of hotels, restaurants, and several commercial establishments. This area, easily accessed and located just after Ses Figueretes, is ideal for sunbathing, having a swim, practicing water sports, or going shopping, as it has numerous stores whirling down the street that runs parallel to the sea. Due to its orientation to the east and to its open structure, the beach is exposed to strong winds.
